Well i Just Got Pickpocketing skill from a faction and now im thinking of getting better rep with another faction to get another skill but im not sure if thats a good idea or stick with mine until i get my rep up to lost treasures

Any Suggestions?

My suggestion would be to not worry about faction skills right now. The skill points start coming slower the more experience you have and you will need your interview (tough or charm) skills and you smart skills more.

Since you are not in an agency you cant get treasures any way. So no special need staying in DA.
But as Cfm said you better get other skills before you get faction skills.
