I noticed that agency field office reads"The Crime Lab, Locker, Safe and Trophy Room are not available from this Field Office."
The last 3 words brings me to the questions is it possible to upgrade field office and are all field offices equal or are they like agency HQ??

Short answer is I think they are all equal (at least for now), and I think it could just as well say "are not available from _a_ field office."
