With the idea that we would like more than we have. (Ben we want it all! :) )

Here is what we have.

Un-subscribed - Play and enjoy Sleuth! Have a great time! Independant players.

Subscribed - ability to join an agency, travel to other cities, do more cases every day. Play more Sleuth, have an even Greater Time! Free Agent Detectives is the name I would give those in this category who do not join an agency.

Rookies - new people in an agency, can use the case files, message boards, deposit to the equipment locker but not take things out.

Agents - second level of belonging to an agency. Ability to use the locker is added in.

Officers - Ability to talk with the clerk about transactions, ability to use some restricted parts of the locker, the office safe.

Directors - Free access to everything, better controls over restricting access to the locker.

On top this we want to add.....?

Just a small bit of information...

The clerk only tracks who is in and out of the locker and safe. Rent is taken automatically from the agency bank account at midnight Sleuth time, and has nothing to do with the clerk.

Although it IS important to have someone in the agency making sure the safe does not get too low, so paying rent could be seen as the task of making sure the rent money is there to be taken out. With one director, it's easy to see that responsibility is theirs. With several, it might be worth making some of these distinctions, at least on the agency board, until such time as we may have other official roles through the game.

Like I said in another thread, I'd like to see more promotion and permission levels. Promotions are always nice, and with so few levels I usually do find a difference between the status of one officer vs the other etc.

Another level:
Agency visitor. :) I visited a few agencies briefly, to be a pest on the message board, or help out with cash. But if one of my sleuth buddies was stuck on a hunt, I wouldn't mind helping out for a couple of hours either.
