I solved a case when the option to pay 500$ to get the location to Big Luscy's Cabaret.
I have no idea what it does or what it is.
When I checked the location I got nothing was there.. so what do you do?

hehe, there are tons of threads regarding the scam that is big lucy, but i have not seen any for a while. When you pay Larry for the info, he gives you the location. You will not see an icon on the map but when you run your curser in the exact spot that larry told you to, it will turn to a hand and you can enter the cabaret. As soon as you open a new case, lucy moves and to find her you have to pay larry again.
Why would anyone need find Lucy you ask? She is only useful for members of agencys really except she sells some very expensive gear.

Well put, Steve. Lars, you have better uses for your money as a three-day old.
But I've been to see Lucy recently, and interestingly enough, the message board there has none of the new and controversial yellow borders around the avatars....could it be a forgotten corner of the game?
