hi all!

was just thinking........ is it possible to have more than one suspect that can be accused? meaning: is the crime solved as soon as i got ONE suspect with motive, evidence an no alibi? or can their be more than one and i need luck to get the right one?

Hi coccinella,

To answer your question:
It is NOT possible for there to be more than one suspect with evidence pointing to them and a bad alibi. There can be only ONE such suspect, and that suspect MUST be the murderer.

All evidence that doesn't point to the guilty suspect will ALWAYS point to a person with a valid alibi. This goes for both Witness Evidence ("I suspect Joe because I saw him leaving the scene of the crime") and Physical Evidence ("Yes, This is Joe's bloody footprint").

now that would make an Impossible Level. Find the 2 killers that worked together! There would have to be like 9 PEs. AHH!!

thanks for your answers. that's great then. my first cases were a bit complicated because of my strategy i suppose. so i will change strategy and make it easier for me. :-)
