If that's the title of the case you're working on, it might be a bit too difficult for you now - stick with the easier cases until you've built up more skills and equipment. Also the Newbie FAW (link at the bottom of the page in faint grey writing) might help.

speaking of which, what use is it keeping the retired agents around?
doesn't that like waste space? and i tried to reset a previous account (Kat Mac Fly.. ;p) but i didn't know how.. >.<

Smoky Joe, as far as I know, there is no way to reset a retired account. You just learn from your mistakes and move on...and always pay Shady when you get to two falses from now on!
