Not that I know of. The important things are that every person you might want to accuse has a motive, and that you have the right number of suspects for the level of case that you are playing, so you don't realize you are missing the one who's guilty (or their motive) after everyone clams.
The number of people who _suspect_ a person matters, in that if two suspects think the same person did it, that person is guilty. Not the same thing as motive, though, just to be totally clear...
