My friend cannot logon to his character. The agent still appears in our Agency List. What does he need to do?

Contact Ben. seems to be happening to newer agents only.

Done that. I've had a couple of other agency members contact me with same problem. One is 40 days old. Does this still count as a "new" character?

As was said, contact Ben...and a 40 day old detective isnt REAl new but it sure isnt too old either :)

Just had a look at the list of on-line agents. The youngest one (except for newly created ones) seems to be 45 days. Looks like my colleague just missed out with his 40 day old agent.

I guess it was something to do with the server that has us getting these problems with our accounts. I'm using another detective that I play with. Imagine my dismay when I just subscribed and havent been able to use my account yet.... Damn

Temporary, noone expected you to know .....but with a little adventure around, usually people find out where to go for bugs, etc..especially when there is a link for it under City Hall.
