I'm revamping and improving the "Sleuth Helper" to make things easier for myself. Couple questions for everyone:

1) Do people still use the Sleuth Helper?
2) What features/changes would you like to see?

The updates I'm putting into place thus far are to make it easier to organize my thoughts and decrease the amount of time spent copy/pasting/selecting information into it.

I dont use it either, because I'm in London and its just too confusing to me when using it. So if one could be made where it is for ALL cities ,be great. Until then, Im just happy using my pen and paper lol :)

I should be able to put a city drop down, but I'll need a listing of the alibis by city. New York is done, obviously ;-). As for the dead, cleared by research ... I think they're best listed in the supsicion column:
--
Bad Alibi
Cleared
Dead

Naomi - I'd rather send you the html and you can post a link and attribution on your page. It is after all an extension and not original ;-)

Oh, another question:
Has anyone ever used character traits for a case that they didn't have evidence for? e.g. Has anyone used build when they didn't have any kind of footprint?

Sherlock, Its better not to put the dead by the alibi section. Cause when you use counting alibi method you need to count the dead man as well. Cleared could go there. Cause cleared is counted as real alibi.

And here's the list for London:
Librarian, Barber, Podiatrist, Tailor, Concierge, Curator, Waiter, Bartender, Fortune teller, Tea merchant.
Im sure others can provide a list for other cities.

Thanks for the bit about alibi counting. I've added a "Status" column that contains "---", "Dead", "Hiding", and "Clammed". I've also added a city drop down so that when the city is changed, the alibis and "checked for info from" lists will also update. Once I get the alibi lists for Shanghai and Delhi I'll be able to send out the new copy while I work on the more challenging (fun) features (e.g. saving, evidence matrix, add/remove evidence/suspect, reorder suspects).
