You cancnfigure your pop-up blocker to just allow pop-ups from this site.
If using IE click on "Tools" move to Popup Blocker then Popup Blocker Settings. Type in website address to allow as http://newyork.hypoware.com and click on add.
Similarly in Firefox click on Tools then Options. Select Web Features and then Allowed Web Sites next to the popup blocker part and again add the address above.
