How on earth are you supposed to get money and skill points? I have tried everything and still can't get any! Please help!!!!

You earn money and skill points by solving cases. However, whereas you're certain to get paid after every successfully solved case, skill points become more infrequent as you progress and your experience grows :)

I suggest you will do the tutorial game. Then you will find out how to solve cases and earn money and skill points.

Or you could subscribe, join an agency, and get help from the more experienced agents there!

Good advice from Greyling and reda as well, although I'll point out that when your client is guilty, you won't be paid, even when you successfully solve a case.

Still, you'll get paid all the other times!

AND the most money you'll earn will come from favors, when you receive an item you don't need. If you sell it, you'll earn more than you are making on your other cases.
