It has been brought to my attention that memebers of our agency has been approached to join another agency.... I discussed this with my fellow director, and she mentioned that she was approached several times shortly before we begun our agency, she politely declined and informed them that she intends to start an angency of her own, but they did not give up and continued to PM her asking her to join. Since we are an agency only in the beginning stages, both I and my fellow director feel that this method of recruitment is unethical. We are small and trying to participate in treasure hunts and can find this practice extremely discouraging. Lets try to keep it fair. It is one thing to approach some one who does not belong to agency, but approach one has already chosen an agency to work for, it is an unethical. This is just my opinion, and consider the matter closed. Just had to get it off my chest, since it weighed heavy on our minds.

I also write this with the support and insight of my fellow director to inform and warn other directors of this method.

i'll admit it now, i did ask sweetbaby to join, but that was BEFORE, she created her own agency with you, so i'm totally innocent, plus i wished her good luck

I am just talking about the ones who invite agents who are with an agency, and those who can't take a hint.... and plus isnt wasnt you... so your fine *winks* LOL

i know what u mean i was approached too. and im with FK since the first day when agencies where created in game...

i also contacted some ppl but never any1 whos already with an agency.

Yeah we lost an agent the first day she was in to an agency who already has over 10 people. We were also just getting started and trying to do treasure hunts. Quite frankly we were a litte miffed but thankfully we were able to get enough members to finally give us a chance to get a treasure hunt and we succeeded. Good luck PRettyhaha we understand exactly.
