Silly question pertaining to the pop-up messages: How do you make it stop??

I've recieved a message and replied to it as well, but it keeps popping up. I've tried deleting it, closing it, turning the pop-up filter on and back off. I've even tried logging out and and in again, but it's still there. It's getting just a little bit frustrating that it keeps popping up with each step I make during a case.

Wayne, I took a look at the database, and can't see any reason why you'd suddenly be getting errors on the private message popups. Try rebooting your computer.

Tried rebooting, even remove IE from Windows and reinstalling. Still there.

I remember doing this:

Tools>Reset Web Settings

before this problem of pop ups.

Also, I'm not getting Spyce Errors, it's

"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."

No, I'm now getting a popup (with that IE message) for every single click. It happened before I started the featured mystery. I don't know what is wrong.

Huh. That stinks. I really don't see any reason you should be getting those errant popups. If you have a fast connection and don't mind the extra loading times. You can set the browser to reload pages on every visit:

Tools >> Internet Options >> (Temporary Internet Files) Settings >> Check the "Every visit to the page" radio button at the top. Then click OK.

Thanks, I tried that but didn't work. Now, it's fine, after leaving the computer a while and removing the IE again, something like that. I can't pinpoint the problem...but now it's fine already.
