What does this part mean? What are these names in politics?Why is Arcanum unhappy with me?And :) what should I do?

these are factions;
sometimes (randomly) the cases influence one faction positively and one negatively.
read their definition in the help page (next to LOGOUT) :)

oups, sorry, the help file does not mention factions, and the newbye FAQ references the help file :)
when some faction likes you, go to them (in your case, go to city hall and see the mayor), they will have little jobs for you...

and when you get high enough in their rating, by doing little jobs and positive cases, you can get special skills and info on hunts (if in an agency).
