too many accessories?

I just did 2 favors and now my both accessories places are filled.
What happens if I receive another accessory? (suppose tomorrow I will do a favor and they will give me a bloodhound, I would hate to lose it :)

And favors never give you a bloodhound. :( At least none that I've ever done.

anyway, thanks for the answers and here comes another question:
after first 2 favors I had an umbrella and a chemist kit. after the 3rd I was given a 2nd chemist kit, and I was prompted with: "you already have umbrella and chemist kit, you must sell one of them". but the list with sellable items was just "sell new chemist" and "sell chemist".
how come I could not sell the umbrella?
a. bug
b. duplicate items do not add to skill chance

You are not allowed to carry duplicate items. Because you already had a chemist kit, you are not allowed to keep the new one. However, if a new item appears, such as a ring, you would then be given the option of which item to sell (the umbrella or the chemist kit or the ring).
