getting stuck at a difficulty level

I have seen several posts about people being limited to a difficulty level somhow high for their skills.
I have only been playing for 3 days and today the "beginner" level was locked for my character. I suppose "easy" will get locked soon.
So far I have been taking mostly "intermediate" (and a couple of "easy") cases. They used to give me 4 skill points, now only 2.

Is this a good approach, or will my experience grow too fast compared to the skill points? Should I do "easy" cases as long as I am allowed?

I have no concern for the money reward of the cases, I just want to make maximum skill points. "hard" is not yet for me :)

Only beginner lever cases get locked. You will always be able to play easy cases.

If you are able to solve intermediate cases there is no reason why you shouldnt play those.
(however, as your agents develops you will get less and less skill points on those cases and may need to start playing harder cases to get those points.)

I would advise to get some more equipment that help your agents skills before you start playing harder cases.
