ok, so i'm doing this intermidiate case and i'm stuck... don't laugh at me!! i usually get stuck at hard cases... anyway! there are 3 suspects, but i really don't know which one. i have no eye witness, only one physical which belongs to the client. the other suspect hasn't seen or heard anything suspicious, and the other one thinks she knows who the murderer is, but would not speak. should i accuse the client?

If your client has a false alibi or no alibi (NOT is clammed up and won't give an alibi) plus you have physical evidence for your client, then your client is guilty.

With no or false alibi's one physical OR one witness is all you need.
if they clam up, then you need 2 witness evidence to confidently shackle 'em up.
No wonder you get stuck if you are looking for more that that! :)

PE+Fake/"none of your busineess" Alibi=guilty
WE+Fake/"none of your business" Alibi=guilty
2 WE = guilty
PE=Physical Evidence WE=Witness Evidence
*thinks maybe a signature isn't such a bad idea and knows exactly what her's would be*

I you dont know when to accuse, intermidiate is probably too hard for you.
I suggest doing the tutorial and then some easy cases first.

Yes, but favors start at Intermediate, which is tough when you are just getting started. And favors are so worthwhile...
