Is there any easy way to change factions? I tried not doing "little jobs" for a while. That doesn't seem to help. ;(

Changing factions is never really easy, especially because once you get to -3, you'll need to stash away or quit those cases that will bring you down with the faction which you're trying to get in with.

But it will definitely help you that you're in an agency. That way you can ask your fellow detectives to swap cases with you that will improve your standing with the faction you're working on :)

I need to change abroad. To get another faction skills. You can't swap cases there. ;(

Well, depending of course on several factors like agreement within the agency, cases stored at HQ and costs, you could consider moving your HQ temporarily to the city in question :)

or some people will temp. join an agency in the cityt that you need the skill in. be sure to have your directors talk and work it out first-the last thing anyone want is bad blood.
