Detectives normally look for agencies that are actively engaged in treasure hunts. They also target agencies that have daily-playing detectives, which agencies also look for in recruits.
If you join an agency that you don't want to be involved in later on, you can resign from the agency without any hassles.
If you want to join an agency, my agency is open for your use.

Before joining an agency, you can ask the directors what they expect from their detectives. Every agency has some rules and requierments (how you spel this? lol).
Some are more layed back and some expect you to be very active. Some would pay you to join them or to travel and others would ask you to pay rent or make donations.
there are agencies that just like the fun of being a team and enjoy the locker and others are intrested in doing many hunts as fast as they can.
You can always quit or be kicked out if you dont fit the agency. Only directors cant be kicked out. Everyone can quit an agency.
