Strange Evidences??

I was working on a Easy level case and i got a footprint from a slim person, then as i narrowed down the suspects, i got a witness naming a guy (lets say he's called Colin) that has an alibi, and the shoe maker pointing the print to Colin as well. Colin does have a REAL alibi, and i remember i can accuse with two witness accounts.. so i did, and turned out the killer is a heavy person that i first eliminated. is this a glitch or was i wrong??

1 PE + 1 WE does not equal guilty.

And anyone with a real alibi, is never the killer.

maybe there was an other piece of evidence, that you didnt discover.
Anyway Colin didnt do it. Real alibis are always innocent. Also two witness evidence means 2 people say they think he did it. A shoemaker identification is NOT witness evidence (but physical evidence)

The only time you would need 2 witness evidence is if the suspect clammed before you could get his alibi or the townie clammed before you could check it, real alibi is NEVER guilty no matter how many people say he did it (which will never be more that one PE and one WE).
