Once you've learned the Special Skill from an organization, (like Hypnotism from the Order of Socrates)can you then abandon your relationship with said organization and befriend another one? I'd like to know this before I start trying to turn a -17 reputation with the Brotherhood into a +30. Thanks!

How many points do you need with an organization to get their special skill?

jojo: I believe it is 25 that is needed.
