I have 196 skillpoints and 2.98 million xp. I need 63 more skill points to have all skills, and since about 1.5 mill xp have gained a skill point at exactly every 40,000 xp.
I therefore will need approx 5.5 Mill total xp to have all of the skills.
Also my detective was created when all 4 cities and AI cases already existed.

My last skill point required 40,000 experience points; I've started to gauge the skill level points. :D

Luniar, you said I'll be lucky if I get one skill point per day just as I was thinking it was about a million years since I'd last gotten a skill point.
Got three since then though :D

Going back to the original topic, :)
When a townsperson says they know where the suspect's run off too "but I don't think s/he's the murderer", can that be relied upon?

Thaddeus - yes and no. Yes if they say they know where the supect's gone, they will talk them into reappearing.
But, No, you can't trust that they are not guilty - sometimes they are and sometimes they are not.
