This is just destroying my entire belief system. :) Maybe a factor is how many games you play combined with experience?
When I was still playing I either played at rediculous, or easy. And then favours at incredibly hard.

I only played at impossibly for 1 month or so.

FWIW, I got another skill point at 30240. Both this one and the last arrived after playing Incrediblies. Does this mean that if I'm being tired and/or not having much time, and playing easier cases, I'm just not going to get points, I wonder?

You think, Reda? I was assuming that if you did easier cases, you'd accumulate skill points more slowly, but you *would* get them. I'm not so sure about that any more. Gosh, figuring out the game is harder than doing the cases :)

Yes you will get skill points but it will take FOREVER is what I always thought. Seems to be no black or white answer here.

Maybe it is related with the amount of time you post. In my case, that would explain a lot. :)

Number of times you post would certainly explain how Jstkdn got where she is today :)

I've been thinking about this skill point mystery, and I think our case records with our experiance points and detective age somehow determine our next skill point (which I figure to be at a flucutating number). Yes, *age*, I think the probability rate for us getting skill points drops as the detectives get older.

I have to disagree with the age coorelation. I have received 9 skill points in the last nine days, so I don't think age is related.(I am over a year old)
