Server problems??

For the past 2½ hours the server has been extremely and frustratingly slow for my part. Talked to Elsey and Tim from my agency and they've had problems for 4 hours. Just wondered if it's an electricity problem or something?? :)

I too have been experiencing multiple-second load times on pages and it's been making the site very frustrating to play.

Sorry about the slowness yesterday. The tech guy at my ISP said he was doing a full back restore for much of the day, so that could explain the bad network conditions. I've gone ahead and credited all current subscribers with an extra day.
Actually, the new server hasn't generally improved performance as much as I had hoped. I'm beginning to suspect it has to do with my current hosting situation, so I'm talking to my ISP to see if it can't be improved.

Did I get an extra day? I could've sworn my day counter didn't move. Could it be due to time differences? Daylight savings perhaps?
