Why would you quit a case?? When it tells you that it is a + for one group and a - for another and then you get the option to quit. Why would you do that? Also, if you have questioned everyone and do not have the answer is it better to quit or falsely accuse??

Because if you guess 3 times and you are wrong your detective is automatically retired and you have to start over.

In the case you are speaking of, some people want to build high ratings with the factions so they don't want to do cases that would impair that.

And you have to pay the shady character to remove false accusations so that you don't retire and that gets very very expensive, over half a mil for the more experienced. NEVER GUESS OR FALSELY ACCUSE!!!

Oh, I understand what you're saying. It's for those who don't want to participate in a case that would lower their rating in a faction and who aren't in an agency to give the case to. Personally, I've only quit a handful of cases because of faction mentioning.

Better to quit if you don't know for sure. But remember:

1 PE + no/fake alibi = murderer
[at least]1 WE + no/fake alibi = murderer

*sneaks in a scribbles a note to the bottom of Luniar's list*

2 WE alone = murderer

***when they say no/fake alibi, they mean "none of your business"/fake....not a clammed suspect.

Luniar, do you have any idea how many times I've been...assisted...with my answers in the past month or so??

Don't worry about it. :)

CFM is always right.

I find that an annoying quality personally. :)

No one's perfect; I just like taking the opportunities I can to throw in some humor, whether it be sarcastic, implied, or direct. :D

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a "WE" and a "PE"? I'm sure I should know they are but it eludes me at the moment. Thanks!
