How do you tell wich hand the threatening notes were written in? I'm assuming this is what it's for.. 9 cases, many threateningnotes and I've never once used them..
But basic thread and hair are recommended before footprint and handwriting analysis. You can find footprints and notes at the scene automatically, you need the basic skills to find threads and hairs consistently.
