Hi, I just completed a case called "The Unusual Exercise of the Lost Treasure," and there was no 'accuse suspect' choice for the person I wanted to accuse. I'm not sure if this was just a one-time error or if it happens frequently, however, I was able to complete the case successfully by holding my mouse over another suspect's accuse link, and then copying that address into my address bar with the correct suspect's id #. Hope this helps anyone else.

bloody hands is no motive its a witness evidence!
u get motive by asking "who had a motive"? and not by asking "did u hear or see X doing something suspicious"?

and as said many many times before and apperently cant be repeated enough:
ALWAYS ASK THE MOTIVE QUESTION FIRST

I had a case where I couldn't get the "accuse" choice although I knew they were guilty. This was because:
None of the cooperative suspects named her when I asked "who else has a motive?", and the uncooperatvie suspects had clammed up on me. So there was no motive for her.
In this case, I turned it over to my agency, and someone else was able to get one of my clammed-up people to say she had a motive. *THEN* I was able to question her. If you're in an agency, it really helps to turn your cases over when you are stonewalled like that.
Ingenious solution though, and I understand how you did it. I don't think it's right that we should be able to do that, though.
