When you get the message that one faction would like the case solved and another would like it to go away, how do you get the points for the "would like it to go away" faction? Would I just quit the case or do I have to false accuse?

You cannot get the points :) and if you dont want to loose your rate you have to quit it!

Since you are subbed, give it to someone in your agency that does need it, in exchange for a case that you need to increase points.
