After getting in good with the "Eastern Triads," I finally purchased the special skill "Underground," but I want to change out factions to the "Circle of Lights," and get what special skill they offer,if they do, and if so, what type of special skill do they teach or offer? After this I want to travel to London & so on to acquire all the special skills or factions in each country so when I travel or move my offices I'll be equipped. Any help is greatly appreaciated. Thanks!

DaRu, this site should help you out. It lists all the factions and what skills they can teach along with what cities they are found in. It will also tell you what equipment they sell and how much +/- it gives.

Excellent site - but will just add that the Green Hand also sells a leather eye patch (+4 for toughness and +2 for smarts) :)
