i was playing on hard and it i checked the pe for this one guy and none of it belonged to him. and only one of my suspects had pe pointing to them so i accused him and it was wrong. WTF? the guy they said it was had nothing pointing to him!
At the time, I my clothes added 7 smarts. Everything I found (the 3 basically) said whether what type of hair, and what type of clothes. (I had 2 pe for hair)
