About 90% of her experience is gone, as are her skills, and her case history looks like crap! I played her for several months. Now it says she has 1 false accusation (which she did), 1 case quit (which she had), and only 3 cases solved - which is bogus! :-( If her cases get wiped out, should they not all get wiped out? ::goes in the corner and cries::

Actually, that should not affect anything with the game. Your cases are stored on a server, not on your local computer. I have had to reinstall my entire system a couple of times since I last played, yet two of my detectives were fine.
Frankly, I think a friend of mine may have signed-in and used Heather Ceana. It makes sense, since that is the only name he would have guessed. I can safely assume he wasn't very good at it though. lol
