In case you're expecting the usual "what do the factions do?" question, read further. After the server came back online, I scrambled to do cases and the little job I had set up for the DAB (Dies Arcanum Brotherhood). Well, beforehand, like I always do, I check the standings. My standings went down. It descended from 33 to 31. Also, let the record show that I didn't do any Brotherhood-negative cases. I may be back at 36 now, but the subtraction bothers me. Is it linked to the server being down for almost a whole day?

I don't think so - the higher you get in the faction, the faster you drop back. By the time you get up to +40 (high enough to be a contender for Philosopher Marshall or whatever... you will be dropping back around 4 points (plus/minus) a night.

Wow. Ouch... I guess it's going to get harder to get those Brotherhood prices lowered. Well, I guess it was a coincidence that my first day of... standing subtraction was the first server downtime I've witnessed. ...I feel kind of dumb. But that's okay...
