Caould someone tell me something more about these factions?
what aspect do they focus on (I.E. Cosa Nostra focuses on Toughness, the Socrates focus on Smarts...)?

I am Smart and Charming, and i'd like to join either the Green Hand or one of these two...

can someone help me?

you can also go to city hall ----> hall of records ---->research factions.
