Hi, was just wondering if you do a favour for someone and you already are fully clothed and they give you another item. What happens to it?
For treasure hunts, does everyone who participates get some of the prize money? (I know you have to be subscribed to do this, am being nosy).
Also I will be getting the research skill at some point and was wondering how exactly this works, and what is the best way to use it.

Cheers for all information.

Trinity.

You can choose to keep the new item and sell an old one, or you can sell the new item.

The money gets deposited into the agency's safe. That money is used to pay for rent, buy new items, etc.

This skill can be used at the hall of records. It will tell you one suspect that couldn't have been the murderer.

Have another question! Does the number of suspects increase with the level difficulty. Or is there always a maximum of six?

Also, is there any way of working out how often you will get a skill point? And how many experience points do you get for each level?

The number of suspects go as high as 11 on the highest levels ;)

As for when you get a skill point, there might be a way of working out when you get them, but so far no one seems to know - or they're not talking - (also I think it may have been readjusted, but not 100% sure about this).

Finally the amount exp. you get from each level:
Beginner: 10
Easy: 20
Intermediate: 40
Hard: 80
Really Hard: 160
And so on - you just keep doubling the number for each level up :)

The number of suspects does increase with the level. I believe the maximum is 12.
The experience points double with each level. A beginer level gives you 10, easy 20 next is 40 and so on. And as far as I know there is no formula that anyone knows, or has ever shared at least, for figuring out when you get skill points. The only thing known for sure is that it takes more and more experience points to earn a skill point.

Yes experience amounts double from 10 to 20 then 40 (easy, intermediate, hard) and so on and so forth. Skill points just become harder to get as you get more experience. Every time you get one it takes more and more experience to get a new point.

Arabella, I have never seen a case with 12 suspects. Are you sure you have seen one with that many? All AI's I have ever seen have either 10 or 11 suspects.
