What does it mean when someone says "Regina has not heard or seen anything".
I don't understand what that is supposed to mean.

Yes, that is how I find it most useful. It also means that asking "Regina" if she saw anything suspicious won't do any good. So if you are looking for eyewitness accounts, you don't need to ask her.

hmmm, am I wrong, or this just means that you don't have to waste a minute asking question to that suspect?
Ok, every hint is useful, but the response "Clint Eastwood thinks he know who the murdered is" is 100 times more useful...

funny to say, once it happened to me that I found a new suspect with such a response... unfortunately, all the other suspects were clammed up, and guess what, they were ALL innocents! (4 true alibis, 1 absolved by research)...
so I KNEW this guy was guilty, but i could not accuse him since i didn't have a motive!
funny, huh?

I've found that asking townspeople anything more than questions about alibis or evidence is unneeded. I don't even take the time to click and take the time on that page. Other people may find the question helpful, but I've not used it in over a year.

One advantage of this response is that you know "Regina" cannot help in identifying the murderer.

Therefore you ask her straight away the question about "who has a motive" and you may avoid asking this question to other suspects. This is useful when suspects clam up quickly.

But I am a newbie, what do I know about this ...
