My deepest sympathy to the people of London, to remain strong in this atrocity on their lovely city.
I know they will remain strong and not weaken to the ignorance of these coward terrorists. With wimbledon and the g-8 concert it was a terrible time to attack leaving the city off guard. But England is a strong country and not one to give up.

May God bless each and every one of you.As a sleuth city and in real life, London has a place in my heart.

I have a friend who lives in London who works in the financial district at a bank.Have not heard from him since the bombings so am extremely worried as he uses the buses and subway to get to work.I hope and pray he is okay.

My sympathy for those who have lost someone in this attack. I hope that all those responsible are brought to justice without delay. Regardless of who said individuals are, this is a case of the innocent being caught in the middle of someone else's dispute and that is always a tragedy.

Holly, I’m so sorry to hear about your friend. I pray he is safe and sound and that you’ll hear from him soon. My heart grieves for the hundreds of citizens who were injured and for the families who lost loved ones because of these evil cowards. I pray they are quickly found and punished to the fullest extent of the law. Marcus I’m so glad that you are alright, but I know this doesn't lessen your feelings. May God protect and keep you all safe from harm is my prayers.

Thank you everyone for all the kind words and yes, I finally got a message from Dave. He is safe and well and luckily went to work early that day as he took a bus befoe 8 am.
He has told me that he was back on that bus the next day as Britons are not weak and will show those cowards that you can not take what they hold dear as Tony Blair said.He is right.
Marcus,Andrea, I am glad you are safe and once again hope you will be able to feel safe in London. If it can handle ww2/nazis it can definitely handle a 2 bit terrorist cell.
Saddening to hear the death toll reached 52 today and my heart goes out to all their families and loved ones.

My heart goes out to all of the Brits. I love England. It is such a beautiful peaceful place. These hate filled folks that did this cannot stand countries that the people are free. They use such heinous, diabolical means to try to push thier barbaric views. It seems the more innocent people they can kill the better. There is nothing that could have been done as these sickos try to choose places & times that follks are carrying on thier daily routines. I pray that grand old England pulls through this & brings justice to each barbarian that did this to ya'll.

Maybe slightly off subject, but I would just like to say that it is really lovely the way that everytime something happens in the World, somebody somewhere in Sleuth starts a post and others add to it with lots of prayers and best wishes. This is the very thing the terrorists couldn't take away from us if they try to their dying day. United we stand, Divided we fall. How could anyone fall with all this love surrounding them?
