The Bank Vault?

I've noticed for some time now whenever you enter the bank there is the option to enter the bank vault and have tried numerous times to enter but a gaurd is always blocking the way.
Is there actually any possible way to enter the safe and if so how?

If your agency is doing a treasure hunt which involve keys, then it's possible for someone with the safe cracking skill to go to the vault after the 2nd to last step and get the treasure instead of having to look for the very last favour needed :)

Treasures for the treasure hunts are stored in the vault, so the only way to get in is to solve the last step of a hunt. Even the safecracking skill from La Cosa Nostra will only work during a treasure hunt. So you would need to be in an agency to get into the vault.

Greyling and Dogberta are correct. You need to be in an agency to enter the Bank Vault . . . and you need to be subscribed to get into an agency. The Bank Vault is pretty useless if your un-subscribed :(
