if we learn a spl skill from ane faction and if we learn from other faction too does both of these skills remain or the first/second one?

Yes, once you learn a skill, it stays part of your know-how forever so you can have all the faction skills you want - even though the factions are competing against each other :)

Exactly. ALthough it is a bit hard collecting the skill points, since they become hard to get :) But the faction skills are fantastic.

I wouldnt recomend the faction skills to newbies... They are ok if you have it all, but the name special is a bit misleading. Concentrate on the normal ones first, you will need them in order to advance in levels.

Some faction skills are only very useful to more advanced players. As reda said, get the normal skills first.
