I am shamelessly going to post this, so I then shamelessly can link to it from the moderators picks.

Hoping that we get more people subbing. For the simple reason, this game exists because people subscribe.

(Disclaimer: Mods, or even anyone else...make money of this game. It is volunteer run. Subscription money is used to pay for hardware and software to run this game.)

I subscribed today with my girlfriend too: not just for playing, but also to reward the creativeness and the very good job done by the creators.

we just have to wait for shootouts to be implemented, and then we'll have the perfect "roaring '30s" game! o_O

Actually, I find the subscriber fee generous. To be part of XBox live, or other online games, the typical fee is between $10-25 a month. However, you do get more cases, move between cities, the opportunity to join an agency/create an agency, and feature mysteries.

I definitely recommend subscribing, even for just a month to try it out.

Jstkdn, I think, just let her subscription run out probably. ;)

As for the pricing to play the game, $5.50 is actually very reasonable ,as well as all the other prices. No reason for complaint on that in my opinion! :)

I subbed after only 3 days playing i totaly love this game and subbing gave me access to my agency which has helped me so much (in light of that ild like to thank all the members of black swan for all there help)but 10 cases a day .....is great wish there were somthing i could do for more lol.

there realy isnt a reson not to sub i mean heack a movie ticket cost more than 5.50 and 10 cases takes a good bit longer than a movie.

Good observation Mental. I am unsubbed now on jstkdn, but I obviously didn't get the amount of experience by 3 cases a day. :) I am still subbed under my other detective.

5,50 dollars is a low price, considering you are purchasing quite a different game from when you are playing alone 3 cases a day. It gives you the ability to operate in an agency, and the extra cases.

I couldn't help it, I had to subscribe.
I would solve my 3 cases but then just want more.
Especially when I'm working on my skills. It would be like: I just need one more case and I would have to wait until tomorrow.

My checks in the mail as we speak.

Ok, now I'm wondering. Does subscribing means the puzzles will be more different? What I mean is that there's now always someone trying to steal a family heirloom, and someone crazy with no morality etcetera.. After playing only 7 cases, this is getting kinda standard already.

Does subscription give me access to more interesting storylines, or just to a lot more of the same?

The story lines are the same, but it does give you access to the Feature Mysteries, which require you to use your noggin to gather clues. :)
