When you want to be honored by others, you learn to honor them first.

I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinion I have no respect

Human actions can be modified to some extent but, human nature can not be changed.

They way of a fool is always right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to his own adivce.

Fortune only knocks once, but misfortune has much more patience.

When we judge something we only show we have an incomplete view of it.

Of all things you wear, your expression is the most important.

No one appears on our stage, unless the director places them there for our benefit.

A sin in itself, is only the bite of the snake. The real damage comes from the poison that spreads afterwards saying, "What a worthless thing you are. Look what you have done." With those few words, all gates of hell are opened.
-----------------------------------------------
The nature of a human being is to simply react to give back the medicine others give you. But you must go beyond your nature with others & ignore the urge to return bad with bad, hurt with hurt, scorn with scorn----and the heaven's will ignore all the mess you have made in the past.

If you run your life according to what only makes sense to you, then you will never be sure of anything. As good as the mind is at finding solutions and answers, it is even better at finding questions and doubts. Let your mind, heart, and actions, be guided by a voice that has no second thoughts.

Thanks DaRu for those thoughts. They are good things to remember during the day. I especially like the last one as I am really good at questioning myself and doubting me. I am going to copy that down and keep it handy.
