what case does sherlock holmes almost kill himself in while try to prove watson wrong
(twisted lip, devils foot, naval treaty, six napoleons)

I find it useful to use google when stumped on questions. Or, if you subscribe and join an agency, your agency members would be able to help you solve the questions. However, most detectives agree that they will not post answers to questions on boards because it takes away from "hunting" for the answer, or someone could view it accidentally.

There's plenty of very good Sherlock Holmes site that you'll find the answer easily with a little googling.

I know its not naval treaty, six napoleons. And I don't think its the twisted lip, I think thats where Holmes was in the opium shop.
