I don't know if this is exactly a newbie question or any other message board question.
But...... can the makers of sleuth visit any agency HQ's(or anywhere else in an agency)? This thought just accurred to me and I'm just wondering.

I've seen Ben add himself to one or two agencies during my time here. But if it's a question of checking if something was lost, I think he might be able to check it without having to actually join your agency - although checking the records for something like that might also be rather difficult.
But like LilRach said, if there's a particular thing you need his help with, it's probably best to contact him :)

Yes, I believe so. He has sorted out locker problems for us and changed items in it, so presumably he has access to it, and the agency was full so he didn't join.
