I don't want to offend any agencies or sound greedy or anything but can you be in 2 agencies?

Please don't take this the wrong way or anything I'm just wondering.

No, you can only have your character in one agency at a time. If you have more than 1 character, each can be in a seperate agency, but its considered bad form if you don't inform the directors of each agency.
