Restoring of old case due to connection failure

I was on a case when my connection failed. Now I need to know how to go back to that case. The moment I press Beginner, I get a new case.

Usually when you log out,without saving it to your files, the case will appear on your screen when u log back on. Dont know what happened there.

Hit the 'Case' button just to be sure in the future.

If you were attempting to accuse when the connection failed, chances are that it went through. (This would explain the lack of a case when you log back in.) Normally if you log out/connection drops while you are mid case, when you log back in the case will open up after you go past the news page.
