Some times i try to judge the character to see which approach is more helpfull and it tells me, for example sweet talking. I do sweet talking and the suspect clummes up! Why? Please someone tell me!!!

I think you are right, Blaise. If it shows you have a 90% chance w/sweettalking, they will still clam 10% of the time.

Yes, that would be correct.
A % is given for your likelyhood of succeeding. Higher level skills will raise your percentage as well as tough or charming gear.
The more skills you have and the better gear, the better your chances of succeeding.
For example, if you have Flirting as a skill, that will raise your % for Basic Sweet Talking by 20.

can you ever get enough skills/equipment to reach a 100% chance that sweet talking will work? I've never had jusdge of character so I dont know...

Yes you can ... I don't work easy cases, but often when I use J.O.C (being lazy!) I get a chance of 101, 102% etc.

Marcus, you can also get more than 100%! I have adv interview skills on both charm and tough and JOC skill. Usually if I go with the better one (charm/tough) and change my outfit Im above 100%.

Yeah, the best is to get beyond the 100 if I remeber right. Ben mentioned it in a post once when this was brought up as well, but I doubt I'll be able to find the link to it straight away :)
