Is there somewhere we can go to change our password?

Might be something to add, if you don't have it already.

If there is somewhere, would someone kindly point me in the right direction?

Hi Elsey,

There is no way to change your password by yourself. The only way your password can be changed is if you email the new password to Ben, and he will manually change it for you.
