When questioning a witness with 'Judge of character' it will state which method is 'easier' to use. How can I calculate which will work best: ie When for eg I have 10 tough, and say 4 charm, - is it more successful to use tough even though it states that it would be easier to sweet talk because of the skill level or clothes I'm wearing?

I wear all charm and even am in negative toughness. I've found that this work perfectly fine, and I don't even bother asking anymore either.

Yes I agree. I always just go for charm. I don't use judge of character any more.

Drats! I knew I should've opted for Sweet TAlking instead of Interrogation. Now I've gone and blown it!
I slap suspects silly, up-down-centre, and still their jaws don't budge. MAybe we ought to have a doctor townsperson that can inject them with ANTI-TETANUS vaccines.

It's true. I am a non-violent person, so I opted for sweet talking. :)
