Yeah, you do need a special Rasputins egg cracker. As you know, they have a really tough shell. I lend mine to another Sleuth, but I forgot who. It is about time, said person returns it.
Further it is the same as making a normal omelette. But make sure the rasputin's eggs are ripe. You need to smell them first.

how many Rasputin's eggs would you need to feed each person? They're quite expensive considering their usefullness!

That depends how badly you need it. 2-3 work. But it is unhealthy to eat too many eggs.
