Seeing as this is the second time I've seen it mentioned in the past day or two, I thought I'd remind subscribers that non subscribers cannot check out the Subscriber Customer Service center in City Hall.
However, all the subscription information can be found by clicking on the dective tab, and then the subscription info on the bottom right. You will find the paypal options and also how to subscribe by mail if paypal is not an option for you.
