me too! it's a nice idea but too confusing! I like my "office" clutter-free lol BUT I guess we all have our own lil ways of doing things :)

I find it helps me keep track of who I asked what and so on and saves a good bit of time on cases, apart from stopping suspects from hiding. But to each his own.

He's talking about them all being in one window but under tabs so it isn't that bad but I would imagine that it would be somewhat heavy on RAM...
